MENTAL TRAINING
☛Do you lose confidence after you make a mistake?
☛Do you freeze under pressure?
☛Is it difficult for you to concentrate for a long time?
In recent years, sport psychology has become more accepted as an integral part of athletic performance. Many well-known and accomplished athletes openly refer to their work with sport psychologists as an important factor in their success.
No longer is it perceived as a weakness and that only troubled people use psychology; rather mental training is seen as important as technique, tactics and fitness. The Sport Psychology Center in cooperation with international educational consultants has developed a program to develop mental skills which include the following:
☛Managing anger
☛Leadership
☛Routines
☛Positive thinking
☛Communication
☛Guided Imagery
☛Bio Feedback
☛Concentration
☛Controlling arousal levels
